And for years, it felt like I was juggling everything at once without a moment to breathe.

As a mother of four, I poured all my energy into being the best mum, partner, and person I could be. But life didn’t make it easy. Our family faced constant health challenges—from allergies and undiagnosed eye conditions to teeth and breathing issues. On top of that were the endless cycles of school and social pressures to navigate, a period of homeschooling, the challenges of COVID, and the daily struggle to support everyone while barely holding myself together. Slowly, I began to unravel.

The weight only grew heavier. We were building a house, renting, selling, and moving—over and over again. Each transition felt like a fresh layer of stress, another demand added to an already overflowing plate. I tried to keep it all together—for my kids, my husband, and myself—but the cracks were widening. I could see my patterns of overwhelm, anxiety and perfectionism showing up in my children, and the connection with my husband began to slip away under the strain of it all.

I was burned out, caught in a cycle of anxious thoughts and constant pressure to deliver, while my body carried an exhaustion I didn’t know how to name. My mind raced with worries about everything—my kids’ health, their happiness, and whether I was enough. I thought the only way forward was to push through, but deep down, I knew something had to change.

That’s when I found somatic practices. They didn’t promise to fix everything, but they offered me a way to pause, to notice, and to listen. Slowly, I began to uncover the emotions I’d buried and the tension I’d been carrying for years. Piece by piece, I started to reconnect—with myself, my children, and even my husband. For the first time in years, I began to feel like I could breathe again.

I have years of lived experience existing the way you are right now

15 years dance experience, qualified dance movement therapist

Dance has always been a language for me—a way to express what words couldn’t. Becoming a qualified dance movement therapist allowed me to guide others in using movement as a tool for healing and connection.

Certified in TRE (Tension and Trauma release exercises)

TRE taught me how the body holds tension and trauma and, more importantly, how to release it safely. This method has become a cornerstone of the work I do with clients to help them find ease and release.

Breathwork and yoga teacher

Teaching yoga and breathwork gave me tools to help others regulate their nervous systems and create a foundation for calm and balance in their lives.

Somatic meditation specialist

Somatic meditation brings together stillness and awareness, creating a space for clients to reconnect with themselves and process their emotions in a supportive way.

Why I do this work

I didn’t pursue these qualifications because I wanted a career—I sought them because they saved me. Each one gave me another piece of the puzzle I was trying to solve for myself.

They taught me how to process emotions, release tension, and rediscover the connection between my body and mind.
Now, this work is my mission. I know how life-changing it can be to feel at home in your own body again, and I want to share that with you. Every session I lead is rooted in the belief that you have everything you need inside you—it’s just about finding your way back to it.

This work isn’t just my passion; it’s my purpose. Helping women like you reconnect, rediscover, and thrive is what drives me every single day.
