I’m Karina, and like many of the women I work with, I’ve known what it feels like to lose connection—with my body, my emotions, and even myself. Burnout and anxiety crept into every corner of my life, leaving me paraylsed by life and unable to cope with my day-to-day life.
For a long time, I tried to push through or manage it, ignoring the signs my body was giving me. It wasn’t until I began exploring somatic practices that I realised my body wasn’t working against me—it was holding the answers I’d been searching for. Through this work, I began to listen, to process, and to reconnect, one small moment at a time.
Now, I bring this understanding into every session. With experience in somatic movement, breathwork, and trauma-informed practices, I create a space where you can feel supported as you begin to listen to your body in ways that feel safe and natural.
Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and gently work toward a place where you can feel connected, whole, and able to take on the world with the energy and life you dream of living again.
